No problem. They’ll leave you a note with a tracking number and their contact details. Please coordinate with them so they can deliver at a time that’s convenient with you.
Yes. It’s a bit more expensive, depending on where you are located, and you may have to pay local taxes when you order arrives, but, other than that, we don’t see why not. Please note that you’ll have to place your order by email, as we need to figure out what postage charges to invoice you.
All orders over € 30 qualify for free standard shipping anywhere within Europe (islands and enclaves excluded.)

If you’re unhappy with what you’ve bought you can return the same within 15 days of receiving it. Just send us an email to info@aritzi.com with your order number and reference of the item(s) you’d like to return.

Please note that a return is possible only if the item(s) are brand new, unused and in the original packaging.
Once we have received your email requesting a return, we’ll respond with the address where you can send the same. The best way to ship would be by registered post so it can be tracked.
